Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full credit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
